to be frankly, phone interview is really a bad idea for international student, especially if that could be your first local interview. I had two phone interviews last year, didn\'t do well. I guess I could do well this year though

2 W8 i& r+ W4 q% t; j! `# janyway, unless u do have an outstanding listening and speaking, no matter what accent the interviewer might have (not a racist, but some indian accent is really difficult to understand), don\'t expect a good result from the phone interview.

not sure the situation about your field, but if u don\'t have local work experience (in that field), to get as many license as u can to help the job seeking.
