to be frankly, phone interview is really a bad idea for international student, especially if that could be your first local interview. I had two phone interviews last year, didn\'t do well. I guess I could do well this year though 7 |% U- `& h u3 @
# \# U# w8 ?6 ? z Panyway, unless u do have an outstanding listening and speaking, no matter what accent the interviewer might have (not a racist, but some indian accent is really difficult to understand), don\'t expect a good result from the phone interview. 8 W( |5 g' ]: V

not sure the situation about your field, but if u don\'t have local work experience (in that field), to get as many license as u can to help the job seeking.
