我想请大家帮忙的是，我不明白上面的common-law partner什么意思？我在这里需不需要除了我配偶和孩子的信息，还应该填写我父母的信息？？最重要的是我父母的信息在这里是不是需要填写。
5 V( W3 t- ~& I! p5 u x$ F+ Ocommon-law partner 是没有办理过手续的 spouse, 国内的称呼叫 --- 非法同居, spouse 是办了手续之后的 common-law partner, 国内的称呼叫 --- 合法夫妻 . 由于你只能有一个配偶, 所以如果你填了 common-law partner 你就不能填 spouse, 如果你填了 spouse 你就不能填 common-law partner. 9 E }: H/ t' s$ G9 d& @
